States to Adopt Uniform Standards on High School Graduation Data

(CNSNews.com) - Education Secretary Margaret Spellings says the states must start using the same formula in calculating how many students graduate from high school on time and how many drop out. Spellings said the graduation data will be made public so people can compare how students of every race, background and income level are performing.
